La Maison de Gioel is a modern and independent holiday home in Olbia, ideal for short stays.

ACCOMMODATION:
The apartment is cosy and functional and includes Wi-Fi, free washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron, and coffee machine.
The accommodation features a double bedroom with air conditioning and TV, as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
There is also a small dining area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
The bed is prepared and ready for use upon arrival, just like in a hotel.
Bed linen and towels are included and provided only at check-in. During the stay, guests are responsible for managing their own bed and bath linen.
The property also features an outdoor area equipped with a clothes drying rack and washing machine, both available free of charge.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area and is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

What makes "La Maison de Gioel" unique is the meticulous attention given to every little detail. In my work, my main goal is to make our guests feel at home.
Since I am the sole responsible for the property, we do not have a 24-hour reception. However, despite the necessary self check-in to access the property, I always find time to contact guests by phone to provide helpful advice or simply to wish them a good night or good morning.
Area mid-centre
La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet, semi-central area of Olbia.
The accommodation is away from the tourist crowds while remaining perfectly connected to everything that makes a holiday in Sardinia special.
Here, you can experience the city like a local, strolling among cafés, small shops, and neighborhood services that create a welcoming and authentic atmosphere.
The location allows you to enjoy the peace of a residential area without giving up the convenience of having everything within easy reach.
The historic center of Olbia, with its lively streets, restaurants, bars, and local shops, can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and Isola Bianca Port are both just a 5-minute drive away, making travel easy and convenient from the very first day of your stay.
Olbia Railway Station is located approximately 1 km from the property (about a 15-minute walk).
From the station, ARST bus services provide convenient connections to the main destinations of the Costa Smeralda, including Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, and Arzachena, even without a car.
These same routes also offer access to some of the most popular seaside destinations on Sardinia’s north-eastern coast, such as Budoni and San Teodoro, as well as the stunning beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, and La Cinta.
For guests traveling by car, La Maison de Gioel enjoys a particularly strategic location thanks to its proximity to Olbia’s ring road and the SS131 d. c. n. , the main highway in north-eastern Sardinia.
Heading north, the Costa Smeralda is easily accessible:
Porto Rotondo is approximately 20 km away, Porto Cervo about 30 km, and Baja Sardinia around 35 km.
The renowned beaches of Capriccioli and Liscia Ruja are located approximately 32–35 km from the property.
